Shipping policy
Every Little Baby Nest Co piece is made to order, so delivery happens in two steps: we make your order, then the carrier delivers it.
Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States. Many items can also ship to other countries; if your address is supported, you will see shipping options at checkout.
Shipping costs
Canada: $6.95 standard or $13.95 insured shipping and handling. United States and supported international countries: $13.95 insured shipping and handling. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and you will always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Making your order (printing, sewing or engraving): 2 to 7 business days
- Delivery to the United States: 3 to 8 business days
- Delivery to Canada: 7 to 15 business days, and up to 30 business days at peak season
- Pieces made overseas (long sleeve dresses, diaper backpacks, shaped pillows): 7 to 15 business days after production
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and holiday volume can add time, especially in December.
Ordering for Christmas
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by November 24 for pieces made overseas (long sleeve dresses, diaper backpacks, shaped pillows), December 1 for delivery in Canada and December 8 for delivery in the United States. Orders placed after these dates are still made with care, but we can't promise delivery before Christmas.
Orders with several items
Different items are made by different partners, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You will receive tracking for each one.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we will email you a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, contact us and we will look into it.
Duties and taxes
Some of our pieces ship from the United States or overseas. For deliveries to Canada, carriers may occasionally collect import duties or fees on delivery. These are set by the carrier and customs, not by us.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to fix it before your order goes into production. We can't change an address once an order has shipped, and parcels returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at your cost.
