Orders and shipping

How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order, which takes 2 to 7 business days. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 8 business days to the US and 7 to 15 business days to Canada, and can take longer in December. See our shipping page for the details.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?
For the best chance, order by November 24 for pieces made overseas (long sleeve dresses, diaper backpacks, shaped pillows), December 1 for Canada and December 8 for the US.

Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States. Many items can also ship further afield; you will see the options at checkout.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different pieces are made by different production partners, so a multi-item order can ship separately. You will get tracking for each package.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if your order hasn't gone into production yet.

Sizing and fit

How do I choose a size?
Our size guide has measurements for every garment. The easiest way is to lay a favourite sweatshirt flat, measure it across the chest, and compare.

Do the matching family pieces fit the same?
Adult crewnecks are unisex with a classic relaxed fit. Youth, toddler and baby sizes are cut for kids, so check each size chart separately.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every piece is made just for you, we can't exchange for size. If you are between sizes, message us and we will help you choose.

Returns and problems

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We will replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See returns and exchanges.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Since every item is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

Products and care

Are your designs printed or embroidered?
Most designs are printed with soft, flexible inks. Pieces described as embroidered, like the Cozy Season and Slow Evenings Club crewnecks and the Snowed In hoodie, are stitched with thread.

How do I care for my sweatshirt?
Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print or embroidery.

What is the jewellery made of?
Our necklaces and bracelets are laser-engraved stainless steel, in polished steel or with an 18K gold or 18K rose gold PVD finish. They are hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant.

Are the baby blankets safe for sleep?
Loveys, swaddles and pillows are for supervised cuddles, play and décor. Please follow safe sleep guidelines and never place loose blankets, pillows or soft toys in a crib with a sleeping baby.

Do the canvases come ready to hang?
Yes. Our Biblical fine art canvases are stretched over a 1.25" pine frame with hanging hardware and bumpers included.
